Common use of Ineligible Project Costs Clause in Contracts

Ineligible Project Costs. The Total Project Cost shall not include the following items which shall be borne solely by the AGENCY without reimbursement: (1) any AGENCY administrative fees attributed to the reviewing and processing of the Project; and (2) expenses for items of work not included within the Scope of Work in Exhibit “A”.
