Ineligible Retiree Participation. Employees who retire and do not meet the conditions of this Section shall have the option of continuing to participate in the hospital-medical insurance program to the extent provided by the contract between the Employer and insurance carrier. Retirees electing to participate shall pay the full cost of the applicable monthly premium.
