Common use of Ineligible Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Any firms or individuals that do not comply with the requirements in Standard Provision, “Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters” and Standard Provision, “Preventing Terrorist Financing” must not be used to provide any commodities or services funded under this award.
