INFORMATION ABOUT SUITS. LESSEE will promptly give to LESSOR a notice in writing of any suit, arbitration or proceeding against LESSEE before any court, administrative agency or Government Entity which is reasonably likely to be determined adversely and, if adversely determined, would materially adversely affect LESSEE's financial condition, affairs, operations or its ability to perform under this Lease.

INFORMATION ABOUT SUITS. LESSEE will promptly give to LESSOR a notice in writing of any suit, arbitration or proceeding against LESSEE before any court, administrative agency or Government Entity which is reasonably likely to be determined adversely andwhich, if adversely determined, would materially adversely affect LESSEE's financial condition, affairs, operations or its ability to perform under this LeaseLease provided, however, that compliance by LESSEE with the requirements of Article 22 hereof will be deemed compliance with the provisions of this Article 20.2.2.
