Common use of Information and Documentation Clause in Contracts

In order to process a withdrawal, BCLC may require information and documentation from you that it considers necessary or advisable in its sole discretion, including information and documentation BCLC determines necessary or advisable to: a. verify your identity; b. comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements including FINTRAC reporting obligations; c. comply with BCLC's validation and security procedures; x. xx prevent and investigate Prohibited Activities; and e. to ensure compliance with the Player Agreement, Rules, Terms of Use, or, Promotion Conditions.
