Common use of Information and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Information and Documentation. In order to process a withdrawal, MBLL may require information and documentation from you that it considers necessary or advisable in its sole discretion including, information and documentation MBLL determines necessary or advisable to: (a) verify your identity; (b) comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements including FINTRAC reporting obligations; (c) comply with MBLL’s validation and security procedures; (d) prevent and investigate Prohibited Activities; (e) ensure compliance with the Player Agreement, Rules, Terms of Use, or Promotion Conditions.
