Common use of Information Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Information Disclosure. 29.1. The Company shall maintain all information received by the Client confidential. The Client acknowledges that such information shall be disclosed to the Company¶V employees, affiliates, consultants and advisors who are required to know such information for the purpose of this Agreement and/or to any parties either in the Saint Xxxxxxx or outside of it to facilitate the transfer of funds from the Client¶Vcredit card and who shall maintain that the confidentiality of such information. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may disclose such information relating to the Client as may be required by any law, rule or regulatory authority, including any applicable Market Rules, without prior notice to the Client.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may disclose such information relating to the Client as may be required by any law, rule or regulatory authority, including any applicable Market Rules, without prior notice to the Client.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may disclose such information relating to the Client as may be required by any law, rule rule, or regulatory authority, including any applicable Market Rules, without prior notice to the Client.
