Information Document Acknowledgement. The Subscriber has reviewed (or had its legal, tax or financial advisers review) to the extent the Subscriber deemed appropriate, and understands, the contents of the Information Documents. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company has provided the Subscriber with information about the subscription in the Tokens in light of the Subscriber’s business and financial sophistication.
