Common use of Information for Proposed Firms Clause in Contracts

Information for Proposed Firms. Design-Builder shall develop information for proposed firms for all of the Work. Such information shall describe the Work to be procured by the Design-Builder through Trade Contractors or Trade Suppliers, using Design-Builder's own forms and procedures. Firms shall be required to submit a proposal encompassing the full contract price for the Work to be procured, except as provided in Article 3.7.9 below.
