Information Furnished by Participants. Neither the Employer nor the Committee nor the Trustee shall be liable or responsible for any error in the computation of the Account of a Participant resulting from any misstatement of fact made by the Participant, directly or indirectly, to the Employer, the Committee or the Trustee and used by them in determining the Participant's Account. Neither the Employer nor the Committee nor the Trustee shall be obligated or required to increase the Account of such Participant which, on discovery of the misstatement, is found to be understated as a result of such misstatement of the Participant. However, the Account of any Participant which is overstated by reason of any such misstatement shall be reduced to the amount appropriate for the Participant in view of the truth. Any refund received upon reduction of an Account so made shall be used to reduce the next succeeding contribution of the Employer to the Plan. SECTION 12 PLAN ADMINISTRATION
