Information Furnished by Principal. The Service Provider shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of Service and information furnished by the Principal. The Service Provider shall scrutinise the information provided by the Principal and provide prompt written notice to the Principal if the Service Provider becomes aware of any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the provided information, and in the preparation or provision of Service or information.
