Common use of Information Mass Announcement Services Clause in Contracts

Information Mass Announcement Services. a) For Information Mass Announcement Service, the Party (Originating Party) on whose network the Information Services Traffic originated shall xxxx and collect such Information Provider charges and remit an amount equal to such charges to the Party (Terminating Party) to whose information platform the Information Service Traffic terminated less the Information Service Billing and Collection fee set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
