Information Obligations. 2.1 You must provide accurate, complete and timely information to enable us to perform the Services and to make a fair presentation of the risk to your insurers. You must comply with your legal duty to disclose all material facts when entering into a contract of insurance. You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and appreciate that we will rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in providing the Services and arranging your insurances. Failure to provide all relevant information as described herein (collectively, “Relevant Information”) may prejudice your rights under a contract of insurance.
