Information Obligations. 7.1. The Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall provide – during the Agreement or afterwards as per Article 8.1 – any information requested in order to verify the eligibility of the costs declared, proper implementation of the present Agreement and compliance with the other obligations under the present Agreement. The information provided must be accurate, precise, and complete and in the format requested, including electronic format.
