Common use of Information Prepared by non-Affiliated Parties Clause in Contracts

Information Prepared by non-Affiliated Parties. All financial and other information provided to the Lender which has been prepared by a non-Affiliated Party in connection with the Borrower’s request for any Loan and the credit facilities contemplated hereby (“Externally Prepared Information”) is believed in Good Faith by the Borrower to be true and correct in all material respects and is believed in Good Faith to contain no omissions which would cause such information to be materially misleading.
