INFORMATION PRIVACY AND SECURITY. A. It is expressly agreed that STATE will not be disclosing or providing information protected under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, (the “Data Practices Act”) as “not public data” on individuals to GRANTEE under this Contract. “Not public data” means any data that is classified as confidential, private, nonpublic, or protected nonpublic by statute, federal law or temporary classification.
