Information Provided to Union President. A. The CSEA President or his/her designee shall be furnished, upon request in person, an initial copy of each Civil Service eligible list and shall have the right to update such copy any time during normal working hours. B. The CSEA President shall be furnished with a current copy of the Agreement between the Board and the Municipal Civil Service Commission of the City of Columbus, and such Agreement may be, for reference purposes only, attached to the Agreement between the Board and the Union. C. All new or revised class specifications shall be sent to the CSEA President prior to being submitted to the Civil Service Commission. D. The Board shall provide the President of the Union with a written notification of all transfers of bargaining unit personnel within ten (10) days after the effective dates of such transfers.
