Seniority Lists. A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.

Seniority Lists. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced and the actual seniority earned by the employee in the bargaining unit. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year and the list will show status (t/p).
Seniority Lists. Seniority lists for employees shall be posted during the months of January, April, July and October. The seniority lists shall include the name, job category, and seniority up to the end of the previous month's pay period. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of total hours worked, and shall be established on the following basis: i) At hospitals where casual nurses had seniority under the provisions of a Collective Agreement prior to October 23, 1981, such seniority shall continue with accumulation of hours worked since October 23, 1981. ii) At hospitals where there was no such seniority, the seniority list in 10.02 (c) shall show accumulation of hours worked since October 23, 1981. Articles 10.02(c)(i) and (ii) apply to nurses only. iii) Subsequently certified Hospitals shall establish dates for the commencement of the accumulation of seniority by local negotiations in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining. (d) A copy of the current seniority list will be filed with the Bargaining Unit President of the Local Union, or designate, on request but not more frequently than once every six (6) months at a time to be mutually determined. At the same time, a copy of the seniority list shall also be posted and made available to the nurses on each unit, in a manner and location determined by the local parties. Where available, Hospitals will include the nurses’ work unit on the seniority list.
Seniority Lists. (a) The Employer shall post a current Regular Seniority List for Regular Nurses annually in February for thirty (30) days and provide a copy of same to the Local Union. (b) Should the Union, Local Union, or any Nurse allege an error in a Seniority List, a written objection must be sent to the Employer within thirty (30) days of the date the Seniority List in question was first posted by the Employer. All corrected, or final Seniority Lists will be provided by the Employer to the Local Union and shall be deemed to be correct and accurate in all respects.

Seniority Lists. A. The Employer shall prepare and post, on existing bulletin boards, seniority lists as defined in this Article. The lists shall be updated semiannually and contain each employee’s name, classification and seniority date. A copy of the seniority list shall be furnished to the local union at the time of posting. B. Employees shall have ninety (90) days in which to appeal their seniority date after which time the seniority date shall be presumed correct.
Seniority Lists. The Employer will prepare seniority lists of all employees and present them to the Union within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Agreement. Said lists will commence with the most senior employee, and carry on downward to the most junior employee. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a revised seniority list upon request.
Seniority Lists. 16.01 The Company agrees to post separate seniority lists for full- time and part-time employees, twice a year, on March 1 and September 1 of each year. Employees, who wish to question their seniority, must do so within thirty days of such posting. If no challenge is made within thirty days, the employee's seniority shall be deemed correct.
