Seniority Lists. A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.
Seniority Lists. (a) A seniority list shall be established for all full-time nurses covered by this Agreement who have completed their probationary period. For information purposes only, the names of all full-time probationary nurses shall be included in the seniority list. Seniority on such lists will be expressed in terms of a date.
Seniority Lists. A) On the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 1 and July 1 of each calendar year, the Employer shall post master lists showing the seniority of all employees at the worksite. The lists shall be posted on the Union bulletin board and a copy shall be forwarded to the Head Office of the Union. The seniority list shall contain the following information:
Seniority Lists. A. The Employer shall prepare and post, on existing bulletin boards, seniority lists as defined in this Article. The lists shall be updated semiannually and contain each employee’s name, classification and seniority date. A copy of the seniority list shall be furnished to the local union at the time of posting.
Seniority Lists. (a) The Employer shall post a current Regular Seniority List for Regular Nurses annually in February for thirty (30) days and provide a copy of same to the Local Union.
Seniority Lists. A. Seniority shall not be affected by the race, sex, marital status, religion, handicap, or dependents of the employee.
Seniority Lists. (a) The Employer shall supply the Union Office and the Chief Xxxxxxx with a full-time seniority list and a part-time seniority list, by department and by classification, in January and July of each year, showing Employees’ names, classifications and their service and seniority.
Seniority Lists. The Company will prepare Seniority lists of all employees and present to the Union within thirty (30) days of the signing of the Agreement. This list will be posted for a period of sixty (60) days, and will establish the seniority, regular rate and classification of an employee who does not protest his status in writing, within the said sixty (60) days. Said lists will commence with the most senior employee, carry on downwards to the most junior employee, and contain the following information:
Seniority Lists. Seniority lists for employees shall be posted during the months of January, April, July and October. The seniority lists shall include the name, job category, and seniority up to the end of the previous month's pay period. A copy of the seniority lists shall be supplied to the President of the Union or their designate and to the Bargaining Unit Chairperson. Such lists shall be open for final correction for a period of thirty (30) calendar days following the posting, after which the seniority list will be considered accurate.
Seniority Lists. The Employer shall maintain a seniority list of all employees showing the date upon which each employee entered the service of the Employer or in the case of casuals, the number of hours worked. Such lists shall be updated and sent to the Union every three months and remain posted on the bulletin board.
