Information regarding Interconnection Facilities. The Procurer shall provide the Seller, on a timely basis, all information with regard to the Interconnection and Transmission Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable the Seller to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the Seller's side of the Interconnection Point.
