The Issuer shall, on the written request of the Trustee or the Control Party, on reasonable notice, furnish to the Trustee and the Noteholders the books and records of the Issuer maintained pursuant to its limited liability company agreement and any and all other information maintained or held by the Issuer regarding the Issuer or the Collateral.
