Information relating to Bidco and Blackstone. Bidco Bidco is a limited company registered in Jersey and incorporated on 24 March 2021. Bidco was formed for the purposes of the Acquisition and is an entity owned indirectly by investment funds advised by Blackstone and has not traded since its date of incorporation, nor has it entered into any obligations other than in connection with the Acquisition.
