Management Information System. The M&E Plan will describe the information system that will be used to collect data, store, process and deliver information to relevant stakeholders in such a way that the Program information collected and verified pursuant to the M&E Plan is at all times accessible and useful to those who wish to use it. The system development will take into consideration the requirement and data needs of the components of the Program, and will be aligned with existing MCC systems, other service providers, and ministries.
Management Information System. The district will prepare an annual calendar year summary of its alcohol testing program. The report will be submitted in accordance with the Federal Act by March 15 for the prior year. The report will contain the statistical data required by the Federal Act. Each driver must receive educational materials that explain the alcohol misuse prevention requirements; the district’s policies and procedures; the identity of a contact person knowledgeable about the materials; factual information on the effects of alcohol/controlled-substance misuse on personal life, health and safety; where help can be obtained, including the district’s Employee Assistance Program; categories of employees subject to testing; what functions are covered by the policy; a description of prohibited conduct and the circumstances that trigger testing, testing procedures and safeguards; what constitutes a refusal to submit to testing and the consequences; signs and symbols of an alcohol/controlled-substance problem; consequences for drivers with an alcohol test level of 0.02 or more but less than 0.04; and the consequences of violating the rules. The staff will prepare appropriate educational materials.
Management Information System. CONTRACTOR shall install a fully compatible electronic data processing (EDP) System to Access the OBIS for information purposes with regard to inmate transfer, inmate financial records, and classification and health services. CONTRACTOR shall provide a system necessary to meet their own internal needs to include, but not limited to, general office automation and access to any unique “corporate” systems beyond office automation. CONTRACTOR shall provide network connections to these systems as well as the Internet. A server, printers, workstations, switches and WAN/LAN wiring are the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall provide the On-Site Contract Monitor with access to personnel systems to ensure contract compliance.
Management Information System. Manager shall be responsible for the development or procurement and operation of a management information system.
Management Information System. All contractors will participate in the CPSA Information System to the extent necessary to perform this subcontract. Management Information System Requirements are defined in the CPSA Management Information Guide. This Guide contains specific information on Encounter Submissions, Enrollment and Demographic Data Submission. Additionally, the ADHS/DBHS/CPSA Provider Manual contains information on Eligibility Inquiries and AHCCCS Eligibility Application Status Reports.
Management Information System. DVHA shall maintain a management information system that collects, analyzes, integrates and reports data. The system(s) must collect data on enrollee and provider characteristics, as specified by AHS and on services as set forth under Section 2.12.1 of this IGA. DVHA must collect, retain and report encounter data, defined currently as a provider claim, in accordance with the Global Commitment to Health Demonstration’s Terms and Conditions. AHS will have direct access to information systems that maintain data. All collected data must be available to AHS at all times and to the CMS upon request. The system must provide information that would be required from a non-risk PIHP as set forth in Federal regulations as 42 CFR Part 438, on program elements including, but not limited to, service utilization, grievances, appeals, and disenrollments for reasons other than loss of Medicaid eligibility.
Management Information System. All GRANTEES must track participants and financial information using an approved management information system. (If applicable) GRANTEES receiving funds under this grant contract will track participants with the Workforce One (WF1) Case Management System. Data must be submitted per the standards and time frames agreed to by the STATE. (If applicable) GRANTEES receiving funds under the Senior Community Service Employment Program will track participants with the “SCSEP Performance and Results QPR” system (SPARQ2 system). The STATE shall withhold funding if data compliance requirements are not met in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
Management Information System. CWSN is a web-based fully integrated system that supports the administration of the Workforce Investment Act and Xxxxxx- Xxxxxx programs. As part of the CWSN, the New CalJOBS replaced both the Job Training Automation (JTA) and the old CalJOBS systems. Contractor will be required to use the New CalJOBS, at minimum, for recording and tracking job seeker and employer services and activities. The New CalJOBS became available for use by jobseekers, employers and EDD/local partner staff on May 5, 2014. It is crucial that a site keep DAISY updated both in terms of its own growth, planning, and continuous quality improvement as well as for quality assurance and research and evaluation by the National Center.
