Each Borrower shall, promptly on request by a Finance Party, supply to the Agent for that Finance Party any information relating to any ▇▇▇▇ (including the underlying trade transaction for that ▇▇▇▇) as that Finance Party may reasonably require or which may be required by the Bank of England or any other fiscal or monetary authority in the U.K.
