Common use of Information relating to Bills Clause in Contracts

Information relating to Bills. Each Borrower shall, promptly on request by a Finance Party, supply to the Agent for that Finance Party any information relating to any Xxxx (including the underlying trade transaction for that Xxxx) as that Finance Party may reasonably require or which may be required by the Bank of England or any other fiscal or monetary authority in the U.K.
