Information Relating to Employees. The Company agrees that, in accordance with the City’s codified ordinances, as may hereafter be amended from time to time (the “Dublin City Code”), the annual payroll reconciliation and related W-2 forms relating to its Employees will be provided to the City prior to February 28 of each calendar year.
