Common use of INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY STAFFING Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY STAFFING. The County Department/Agency agrees to: A. Designate information security and privacy officials who are accountable for compliance with these and all other applicable requirements stated in this Agreement. B. Provide the DHCS with applicable contact information for these designated individuals using the County PSA inbox listed in Section IX of this Agreement. Any changes to this information should be reported to DHCS within ten days. C. Assign County Workers to be responsible for administration and monitoring of all security-related controls stated in this Agreement.
