Information Security Policy (CHA’s E-Mail System and Internet Usage. The presenter shall adhere to CHA’s Information Security System Policy for e-mail and internet usage, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit II, and in addition, shall also acknowledge acceptance of the Policy by signing, dating and returning Exhibit II to CHA along with an original signed version of this Agreement.
