At such Service or UNE time as TCG connects information services platforms to its network, the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Parties shall agree upon a comparable arrangement for Verizon-originated Information Services Traffic, unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from Reconex’s Customers, Reconex shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers.
5.3 Reconex 7.1.1 TCG shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services information services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event Reconex TCG exercises such option, Reconex TCG will establish, at its own expense, a establish dedicated trunk group Information Services Trunk(s) to the Verizon Voice Information Service information services serving switch. This trunk group Such Information Services Trunk(s) will be utilized to allow Reconex TCG to route Voice Information Services Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Where TCG serves a Customer through the purchase of a Verizon unbundled Local Switching Element, Information Service Traffic from that Customer may be routed over Verizon information service trunks on a shared basis.
7.1.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict, obviate, or otherwise affect either Party’s rights or obligations, if any, under Applicable Law, to offer to its Telephone Exchange Service Customers the ability to block the completion of Information Services Traffic.
7.1.3 For fixed rated Information Services Traffic (i.e. 976 service in NY), unless Reconex has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to TCG shall xxxx and collect Voice Information Services the information services provider charges as stated in Verizon’s applicable retail Tariff, as may be amended from Reconex’s time to time, from its Customers, Reconex shall pay to . Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. Reconex shall pay Verizon will xxxx TCG for such charges less the Billing and Collection Fee set forth in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers.
5.4 Reconex Exhibit A. TCG shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. Upon request from Verizon, TCG shall provide Verizon with recorded call information for specified Information Services Traffic calls which TCG shall provide in unrated EMI format via electronic file transfer or other medium mutually agreed to by the Parties. Verizon shall pay TCG the Customer Usage Detail charges specified in Exhibit A for such call information. This subsection shall apply to fixed rate Information Services Traffic regardless of whether TCG serves its Customer utilizing its own switching facilities or through the provision by Verizon of unbundled Local Switching.
5.5 7.1.4 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, 940 as applicable) from Reconex Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element), Reconex TCG shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services information services provider charges from Reconex’s its Customers.
5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access . The Parties shall exchange call detail information and handle adjustments, according to the terms set forth in Schedule 7.1.4. Prior to accessing the variable-rated services, TCG shall complete acceptance testing of its billing process with Verizon. Verizon shall charge TCG Customer Usage Detail rates as specified in Exhibit A.
7.1.5 Verizon shall accept no more than two (2) adjustments per originating end user line number from TCG for Information Services Traffic originated by TCG Customers. In order for Verizon to pass through uncollectibles and other party’s Customer adjustments to the appropriate information services platformprovider, where TCG shall provide to Verizon sufficient information regarding such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such accessuncollectibles and other Customer adjustments.
5.7 In the event Reconex exercises such option, Reconex will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Reconex to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.
