800/888 Traffic. The following terms shall apply when either Party delivers 800/888 calls to the other Party for completion. 6.4.1 When ETC delivers translated 800/888 calls to BA for completion (a) to an IXC, ETC shall: (i) Provide a MPB record in an industry standard format to BA; and (ii) Xxxx the IXC the appropriate ETC query charge associated with the call. (b) as an IntraLATA call to BA or another LEC in the LATA, ETC shall: (i) Provide a copy record in an industry standard format to BA or the terminating LEC; (ii) Submit the call records to ITORP for payment by BA or the LEC that is the 800/888 service provider of ETC’s and any intermediate LEC’s Tariffed Exchange Access charges and query charges. 6.4.2 When BA delivers translated 800/888 calls originated by BA’s or another LEC’s Customers to ETC for completion (a) to ETC in its capacity as an IXC, BA shall: (i) Xxxx ETC the appropriate BA query charge associated with the call; and (ii) Xxxx ETC the appropriate FGD Exchange Access charges associated with the call. (b) as an IntraLATA call to ETC in its capacity as a LEC, (i) the originating LEC shall submit the appropriate call records to ITORP for payment by ETC of BA’s (and another LEC’s, if appropriate) tariffed Exchange Access charges; and (ii) ETC shall pay the originating LEC’s appropriate query charge associated with the call. 6.4.3 The settlement of all IntraLATA 800/888 calls exchanged pursuant to this subsection 6.4 shall be in accordance with the terms of an appropriate IntraLATA Telecommunications Services Settlement Agreement between the Parties substantially in the form appended hereto as Exhibit D.

The terminating Party shall not xxxx the originating party the 800/888 rates set forth in Exhibit A under this agreement. 6.4.2 When BA delivers translated 800/888 calls originated by BA’s or another LEC’s Customers to GNAPS for completion (a) to GNAPS in its capacity as an IXC, BA shall: (i) Xxxx GNAPS the appropriate BA query charge associated with the call; and (ii) Xxxx GNAPS the appropriate FGD Exchange Access charges associated with the call. (b) as an IntraLATA call to GNAPS in its capacity as a LEC, (i) The originating party shall xxxx the terminating party for the delivery of the 800/888 traffic at the rates set forth in Exhibit A. The terminating Party shall not xxxx the originating party the 800/888 rates set forth in Exhibit A under this agreement. (ii) The originating party shall Provide a copy record in an industry standard format to GNAPS.
800/888 Traffic. For IntraLATA Toll Free Service calls provided by one of the Parties, the compensation set forth in the Detailed Schedule of Itemized Charges (Appendix 1 hereto) for IntraLATA Toll Traffic, shall be paid by the Party terminating the call to the Party originating the call. If needed, the Parties will develop a mutually agreed-to method for exchanging billing data for this purpose.
800/888 Traffic. At such time as delivery of untranslated 800/888 traffic is technically feasible over Type 2A or 2B Trunks and provided that BA is unable directly to xxxx the appropriate 800/888 service provider, the following terms shall apply when APC delivers untranslated 800/888 calls to BA for completion. 5.4.1 When APC delivers untranslated 800/888 calls to BA for completion: (a) outside the MTA in which the call originated, BA shall xxxx APC the appropriate FGD exchange access charges associated with the call; or (b) inside the MTA in which the call originated, BA shall xxxx APC the appropriate local traffic termination rate set forth in Exhibit A. (c) For both (a) and (b) above, if the call is delivered to an IXC, BA shall xxxx the IXC the appropriate BA query charge associated with the call.

(i) Provide a copy record in an industry standard format to BA or the terminating LEC; (ii) Submit the call records to ITORP for payment by BA or the LEC that is the 800/888 service provider of Covad’s and any intermediate LEC’s Tariffed Exchange Access charges and query charges. 6.4.2 When BA delivers translated 800/888 calls originated by BA’s or another LEC’s Customers to Covad for completion (a) to Covad in its capacity as an IXC, BA shall: (i) Bill Covad the appropriate BA query charge associated with the call; and (ii) Bill Covad the appropriate FGD Exchange Access charges associated with the call. (b) as an IntraLATA call to Covad in its capacity as a LEC, (i) the originating LEC shall submit the appropriate call records to BA for processing under the IntraLATA Toll Originating Responsibility Plan (“ITORP”) for payment by Covad of BA’s (and another LEC’s, if appropriate) tariffed Exchange Access charges; and (ii) Covad shall pay the originating LEC’s appropriate query charge associated with the call. 6.4.3 The settlement of all IntraLATA 800/888 calls exchanged pursuant to this subsection 6.4 shall be in accordance with the terms of an appropriate IntraLATA Telecommunications Services Settlement Agreement between the Parties substantially in the form appended hereto as Exhibit D.

Related to 800/888 Traffic

  • Transit Traffic 7.2.2.3.1 CenturyLink will accept traffic originated by CLEC’s network and/or its end user(s) for termination to other Telecommunications Carrier’s network and/or its end users that is connected to CenturyLink's Switch. CenturyLink will also terminate traffic from these other Telecommunications Carriers’ network and/or its end users to CLEC’s network and/or its end users. For purposes of the Agreement, transit traffic does not include traffic carried by Interexchange Carriers. That traffic is defined as Jointly Provided Switched Access. 7.2.2.3.2 The Parties involved in transporting transit traffic will deliver calls to each involved network with CCS/SS7 protocol and the appropriate ISUP/TCAP messages to facilitate full Interoperability and Billing functions. 7.2.2.3.3 The originating company is responsible for payment of appropriate rates to the transit company and to the terminating company. The Parties agree to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third party Telecommunications Carriers prior to delivering traffic to be transited to third party Telecommunications Carriers. In the event one Party originates traffic that transits the second Party’s network to reach a third party Telecommunications Carrier with whom the originating Party does not have a traffic exchange agreement, then the originating Party will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the second Party against any and all charges levied by such third party Telecommunications Carrier, including any termination charges related to such traffic and any attorneys fees and expenses. In the case of IntraLATA LEC Toll traffic where CenturyLink is the designated IntraLATA Toll provider for existing LECs, CenturyLink will be responsible for payment of appropriate usage rates. 7.2.2.3.4 When CenturyLink receives an unqueried call from CLEC to a telephone number that has been ported to another local services provider, the transit rate will apply in addition to any query rates. 7.2.2.3.5 In the case of a transit call that terminates in the Local Calling Area but in a different state than the call originated, and the CLEC does not have an agreement with CenturyLink in the state where the transit call terminated, CLEC must execute an agreement for that state if it is a state served by CenturyLink. In the absence of a second agreement, the transit rate in Exhibit A of this Agreement will be billed to the CLEC.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Fire Safety Resident will not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, or exit signs. Resident will promptly evacuate Residence Facility upon the sounding of an alarm or as otherwise directed by College Housing staff. Resident will participate in any periodic fire drill and fire safety training conducted by College for the Residence Facility.

  • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Localization Should any Seller Affiliate and any Customer Affiliate wish to enter into an agreement for the provision of Deliverables, Products and/or Services ("Local Agreement") in the Netherlands, Canada, Hong Kong, the United States, Australia, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa or the United Arab Emirates (as applicable) Local Agreement(s) can be agreed between the Parties and added as Exhibit(s) to this Agreement by way of addendum. The terms of this Agreement shall be incorporated into each such Local Agreement except to the extent that the Local Agreement expressly states that any amendments shall take precedence.
