Common use of Information Supplied by Operator Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by Operator. (a) Operator shall provide Non-Operators the following data and reports as they are currently produced or compiled from the Joint Operations: (i) copies of all logs or surveys; (ii) daily drilling progress reports; (iii) copies of all Tests and core analysis reports; (iv) copies of the plugging reports; (v) copies of the final geological and geophysical maps and reports; (vi) engineering studies, development schedules and annual progress reports on development projects; (vii) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates; (viii) copies of all reports relating to Joint Operations furnished by Operator to the State, except magnetic tapes which shall be stored by Operator and made available for inspection and/or copying at the sole expense of the Non-Operator requesting same; (ix) other reports as frequently as is justified by the activities or as instructed by the Operations Management Board; and (x) subject to Clause 15.3, such additional information for Non-Operators as they or any of them may request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only Non- Operators who pay such costs shall receive such additional information. (b) Operator shall give Non-Operators access at all reasonable times to all other data acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations. Any Non-Operator may make copies of such other data at its sole expense.

Only Non- Operators who pay such costs shall receive such additional information. Only Non- Non-Operators who pay such costs shall receive such additional information. (aA) Operator shall provide each Non-Operators Operator with one (1) paper copy of the following data and reports as they are currently produced or compiled from the Joint Operations: (i1) copies Copies of all logs or surveys; (ii2) daily Daily drilling progress reports; (iii3) copies Copies of all Tests tests and core analysis reports; (iv4) copies Copies of the plugging reports; (v5) copies Copies of the final geological and geophysical maps and reportsreports in seismic digital format; (vi6) engineering Engineering studies, development schedules and annual progress reports on development projects; (vii7) field Field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates;; West Xxxxxx XXX 20F (viii) copies 8) Copies of all reports relating to Joint Operations furnished by Operator to the StateGovernment, except magnetic tapes which shall be stored by Operator and made available for inspection and/or copying at the sole expense of the Non-Operator requesting same; (ix9) other Other reports as frequently as is justified by the activities or as instructed by the Operations Management BoardOperating Committee; and (x10) subject Subject to Clause Article 15.3, such additional information for Non-Operators as they or any of them may request, provided that the requesting Party party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s 's administrative and technical personnel.
