Information Supplied by Operator. (A) Operator shall provide Non-Operators with the following data and reports (to the extent to be charged to the Joint Account) as they are currently produced or compiled from Joint Operations: (1) copies of all logs or surveys, including in digitally recorded format if such exists; (2) daily drilling reports; (3) copies of all Tests and core data and analysis reports; (4) final well recap report; (5) copies of plugging reports; (6) copies of final geological and geophysical maps, seismic sections and shot point location maps; (7) engineering studies, development schedules and quarterly progress reports on development projects; (8) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates; (9) as requested by a Non-Operator, (i) copies of all material reports relating to Joint Operations or the Contract Area furnished by Operator to the Government; and (ii) other material studies and reports relating to Joint Operations; (10) gas balancing reports under agreements provided for in Article 9.3; (11) such additional information as a Non-Operator may reasonably request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only Non-Operators who pay such costs will receive such additional information; and (12) other reports as directed by the Operating Committee. (B) Operator shall give Non-Operators access at all reasonable times during normal business hours to all data and reports (other than data and reports provided to Non-Operators in accordance with Article 4.4(A)) acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations, which a Non-Operator may reasonably request. Any Non-Operator may make copies of such other data at its sole expense.

(B) Operator shall give Non-Operators access at all reasonable times during normal business hours to all data and reports (other than data and reports provided to Non-Operators in accordance with Article 4.4(A)) acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations, which a Non-Operator may reasonably request. Information Supplied by Operator. Within the scope permitted by the Polish law regulations:
(A) Operator shall provide Non-Operators with Operator the following data and reports (to the extent to be charged to from the Joint Account) as they are currently produced or compiled from Joint OperationsOperations on a current basis:
(1) copies of all logs or surveys, including in digitally recorded format if such exists;
(2) daily drilling and weekly seismic acquisition progress reports;
(3) copies of all Tests and core data and analysis reports;
(4) final well recap reportcopies of the plugging reports;
(5) copies of plugging reportsfinal current geological and geophysical maps and reports created as a result of Joint Operations;
(6) copies of final geological and geophysical maps, seismic sections and shot point location maps;
(7) engineering studies, development schedules and quarterly monthly progress reports on development projects;
(8) 7) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates;
(9) as requested by a Non-Operator, (i) 8) copies of all material reports relating to Joint Operations or the Contract Area furnished by Operator to the Government; , except magnetic tapes which shall be stored by Operator and made available for inspection and/or copying at the sole expense of the Non-Operator requesting same;
(ii9) other material studies and reports relating to Joint Operations;as frequently as is justified by the activities or as instructed by the Operating Committee; and
(10) gas balancing reports under agreements provided for in subject to Article 9.3;
(11) 15.3, such additional information as a for Non-Operator as they or any of them may reasonably request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and provided, however, that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only personnel and provided the costs of preparation thereof shall be paid by Non-Operators who pay such costs will receive such additional information; and
(12) other reports as directed by the Operating CommitteeOperator.
(B) Operator shall give Non-Operators Operator access at all reasonable times during normal business hours to all other data and reports (other than data and reports provided to Non-Operators in accordance with Article 4.4(A)) acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations, which a . Non-Operator may reasonably request. Any Non-Operator may request preparation of one copy of such other data (drawn up at the expense of Joint Account), and make additional copies of such other data at its sole expense.
(C) In the event any interpretative data are supplied by the Operator to Non-Operator (provided the interpretative character thereof was either manifest, or expressly reserved by the Operator), the Operator shall not be held liable for any damages suffered by Non-Operator or third parties in acting in reliance upon such data.

(10) gas balancing reports under agreements provided for in Article 9.3;
(116) such additional information as a Non-Operator may reasonably request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only Non-Operators who pay such costs will receive such additional information; and
(127) other reports as directed by the Operating Committee.
