Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers. The statements set forth in the second paragraph, the third, sixth and seventh sentences of the sixth paragraph, the seventh paragraph and the eighth paragraph under the heading “Plan of Distribution” in the Preliminary Memorandum and the Final Memorandum (to the extent such statements relate to the Initial Purchasers) constitute the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Company for the purposes of Sections 2(a) and 9 hereof.
