Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers. The statements set forth in the first legend on the inside front cover of the Memorandum and in the penultimate and last sentence of the third paragraph and the seventh paragraph under the heading "Plan of Distribution" constitute the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Issuers for purposes of Section 2(a) hereof.

Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers. The statements set forth in the first legend on the inside front cover of the Memorandum and in the penultimate and last sentence of the third paragraph and the seventh fourteenth paragraph under the heading "Plan of Distribution" in the Memorandum (to the extent such statements relate to the Initial Purchasers) constitute the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Issuers for the purposes of Section Sections 2(a) and 9 hereof.
