Common use of Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers. The statement set forth in the last paragraph on the inside front cover page in the Offering Memorandum (to the extent such statement relates to the Initial Purchasers) and the information specifically relating to the Initial Purchasers under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Offering Memorandum constitute the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Company for the purposes of Sections 1, 8 and 9 hereof.

Information Supplied by the Initial Purchasers. The statement statements set forth in the last third paragraph, the ninth paragraph on the inside front cover page in the Offering Memorandum (to the extent such statement relates to the Initial Purchasers) and the information specifically relating to second sentence of the Initial Purchasers twelfth paragraph under the caption "“Plan of Distribution" distribution” and, with respect to each Initial Purchaser, such Initial Purchaser’s name as it appears on the front and back cover and under the caption “Plan of distribution”, in the Offering Preliminary Memorandum and the Final Memorandum constitute the only information furnished by the Initial Purchasers to the Company for the purposes of Sections 1, 8 2(a) and 9 hereof.
