INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CLASSIFICATION STUDY. IMPLEMENTATION A. Effective January 14, 2017, the County will implement the IT salary schedule set forth in Attachment D. B. Affected employees shall be placed in the salary step closest to 10% above their current pay rate, in accordance with the County’s promotional rules. C. No employee shall experience a reduction in pay as a result of the implementation of the IT salary study. D. The County and the Union agree to meet and confer over the impacts associated with the implementation of this article.
