Information to be Furnished by Holders. Each Holder shall furnish to the Company such information as the Company may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in Section 2 or Section 3 hereof. If any Holder fails to provide the Company with such information within 10 days of receipt of the Company's request, the Company's obligations under Section 2 or Section 3 hereof, as applicable, with respect to such Holder or the Registrable Shares owned by such Holder, shall be suspended until such Holder provides such information.
Information to be Furnished by Holders. The Company may require a Holder of Registrable Securities to be included in a Registration Statement to furnish to the Company such information regarding (w) the intended method of distribution of such Registrable Securities, (x) such Holder, (y) the Registrable Securities held by such Holder and (z) such other matters as are required by law to be disclosed in such Registration Statement with respect to a selling Holder, and the Company may exclude from such Registration Statement the Registrable Securities of any Holder who fails to furnish such information within a reasonable time after receiving such request. The Company shall not be required to provide indemnification to any underwriter or any other person relating to information referred to in clauses (w), (x), (y) and (z) provided to the Company in writing specifically for inclusion in such Registration Statement.
Information to be Furnished by Holders. Each Holder participating in an Offering pursuant to Section 2 shall furnish to the Company in writing all information within such Holder's possession or knowledge required by the applicable rules and regulations of the Commission and by any applicable state securities or blue sky laws concerning such Holder, the proposed method of sale or other disposition of the shares of Common Stock being sold by such Holder in such Offering, and the identity of and compensation to be paid to any proposed underwriter or underwriters to be employed in connection with such Offering.
Information to be Furnished by Holders. Each Holder shall furnish the Company such information as the Company may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in Section 2 hereof. At least ten business days prior to the first anticipated filing date of any Registration Statement, the Company shall notify each Holder of the information the Company requires from such Holder if such Holder elects to have any of the Registrable Shares included in the Registration Statement. Each Holder shall provide such information to the Company at least five business days prior to the first anticipated filing date of such Registration Statement if such Holder elects to have any of the Registrable Shares included in the Registration Statement. If any Holder fails to provide the Company with such information within five business days of receipt of the Company’s request, the Company’s obligations under Section 2 hereof, as applicable, with respect to such Holder or the Registrable Shares owned by such Holder shall be suspended until such Holder provides such information; provided, however, if such Holder provides such information 30 or more days after the Company had provided notice and there are additional costs or expenses necessary to be incurred to include such Holder’s Registrable Shares, such Holder shall be responsible for payment of these costs and expenses.

Each Holder shall furnish to the Trust such information as the Trust may reasonably request and as is required in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in Section 2 (including without limitation the plan of distribution). If any Holder fails to provide the Trust with such information within three weeks of the Trust's request, the Trust's obligations under Section 2 with respect to the Holders or the Registrable Shares owned by the Holders shall be suspended until such Holders provide such information.
Information to be Furnished by Holders. Each Holder shall furnish to the Company such information as the Company may reasonably request in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in Section 2 hereof.

The Company shall not have any obligation to make more than three post-effective amendments to any Registration hereunder to include any Registrable Shares of a Holder providing such information after the effective date of such Registration, unless such Holder agrees to pay all costs and expenses associated with any additional post-effective amendment.

Each Holder shall furnish to Orbital such information as Orbital may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in SECTIONS 6.1 and 6.2 hereof. If any Holder fails to provide Orbital with such information within 15 Business Days of Orbital's request, Orbital's obligations under SECTIONS 6.1 and 6.2 hereof with respect to such Holder or the Registrable Shares owned by such Holder shall be suspended until such Holder provides such information.

If any Holder fails to provide the Parent with such information within 10 business days of receipt of the Parent’s request, the Parent’s obligations under Section 2 hereof with respect to such Holder or the Registrable Shares owned by such Holder, shall be suspended until such Holder provides such information.

Each Holder shall furnish to the Company and the Guarantors such information as the Company or any Guarantor may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the Registration and related proceedings referred to in Section 2 or Section 3 hereof. If any Holder fails to provide the Company or such Guarantor with such information within 10 days of receipt of the Company's or such Guarantor's request, the Company's and the Guarantors' obligations under Section 2 or Section 3 hereof, as applicable, with respect to such Holder or the Notes and Guarantees owned by such Holder shall be suspended until such Holder provides such information.
