Information to be provided by Educational Service Providers. If the Academy enters into an agreement with an Educational Service Provider for operation or management of the Academy, the Management Agreement shall contain a provision requiring the Educational Service Provider to make information concerning the operation and management of the Academy, including without limitation the information described in Schedule 4, available to the Academy as deemed necessary by the Academy Board in order to enable the Academy to fully satisfy its obligations under subparagraph (a).
