INFORMATION TO BE ROUTINELY PROVIDED TO UNION. 3.9.1 Once per term the College shall provide to the Union a list of employees within the bargaining unit setting out the employees: ▪ address ▪ telephone number ▪ payroll number ▪ pay grade and job classification ▪ department 3.9.2 Once per month the College shall provide to the Union the names of employees hired, promoted, transferred, discharged, on Workers’ Compensation, absent due to illness or injury and all employees who have left the employ of the College who fall within the bargaining unit description. With respect to employees who have been hired or promoted, the College shall also submit a list of the employee’s academic and job qualifications. 3.9.3 Once per year the College shall provide the Union with a list of employees within the bargaining unit setting out their seniority in terms of sections worked.
