Information to Third Parties. The Secured Party will not be obliged to inquire into the right of any Person purporting to be entitled under the Act to information and materials from the Secured Party by making a demand upon the Secured Party for such information and materials and the Secured Party will be entitled to comply with such demand and will not be liable for having complied with such demand notwithstanding that such Person may in fact not be entitled to make such demand.
