INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO VIEWING HABITS. AND SUBSCRIPTION DECISIONS Except as permitted by Section 631 of the Cable Act, neither the Licensee nor its agents nor its employees shall make available to any third party, including the Town, information concerning the viewing habits or subscription package decisions of any individual Subscriber. If a court authorizes or orders such disclosure, the Licensee shall notify the Subscriber as soon as practicable, unless such notification is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or the court.
