Licensee also may satisfy its obligations hereunder in regard to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx by providing access thereto from a cable system in an adjoining municipality. The Licensee shall extend the Cable System such that any new dwelling unit constructed within the Town corporate limits may be connected to the Cable System no later than sixty (60) days following the issuance of an occupancy permit for such dwelling.
