Common use of Infrastructure and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Infrastructure and Improvements. Prior to receiving a building permit for the Project, OWNER shall have submitted plans for infrastructure and improvements necessary to serve the Project in accordance with CITY standards and received approval of such plans by the City Engineer.

Infrastructure and Improvements. Prior to receiving a building permit for the Project, OWNER shall have either have: (i) applied for and received a subdivision map for the Property, or (ii) submitted plans for infrastructure and improvements necessary to serve the Project in accordance with CITY standards and received approval of such plans by the City Engineer.

Infrastructure and Improvements. Prior to receiving a building permit for the Project, OWNER shall either have: (i) applied for and received a subdivision map for the Property, and have entered into a new development agreement with CITY or an amendment to this Agreement, or (ii) submitted plans for infrastructure and improvements necessary to serve the Project in accordance with CITY standards and received approval of such plans by the City Engineer.
