Common use of Infrastructure Improvements Updates and Team Clause in Contracts

Infrastructure Improvements Updates and Team. The City shall have the right to, and upon RCP’s request will, attend an Infrastructure Improvements team meeting, which may, but unless provided otherwise in the Infrastructure Improvements Construction Contract are not required to, occur more frequently than monthly, to review the development and construction of the Infrastructure Improvements to determine that the Infrastructure Improvements are being developed and constructed in accordance with this Agreement, the Infrastructure Improvement Documents and all Applicable Laws and Requirements.
