Common use of Initial Adjustment Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Adjustment Period. School Transportation Drivers will begin each school year with no less than a four (4) hour workday. There will be a thirty (30) day period for the Employer to determine the hours per day required for each run. At the end of the thirty (30) days, the hours per day will be determined and the employee shall be notified of such hours in writing.
