Initial Advertising Payment. Subject to repayment as provided in Paragraph 2b., above, Tenant shall pay [*] (“Initial Payment”) to Digitlord upon signing of : this Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Initial Payment represents Tenant’s advance payment to Digitlord for 12 months of expected advertising costs.

  • No Outside Advertising No outside advertisement for any vacancy shall be placed until the applications of present Union members have been fully processed.
