Initial and Continual Employment. The Company has the right to determine an employee’s qualifications for initial employment. The Company will notify the Union as it receives new requirements and directives prescribed by government agencies which conflict with the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Although any implementation of such requirements or directives cannot be delayed, the Union shall be allowed, if it so requests, to bargain the impact of the implementation of such requirements or directives affecting terms and working conditions of employment.
