Initial and Extended Conditions Periods. The “Initial Conditions Period” means the period commencing on the Effective Date and expiring at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on the date that is one (1) business day after the date on which the Sale Order becomes a Final Order. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Buyer shall have the right to extend the Initial Conditions Period for up to one (1) additional period of fifteen (15) days (such 15-day extension is hereinafter referred to as “Extended Conditions Period”) by notifying Seller in writing of such extension prior to expiration of the Initial Conditions Period. In the event Buyer exercises its right to extend the Initial Conditions Period pursuant to this paragraph, Buyer shall deposit an additional Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) as additional Xxxxxxx Money for the 15-day extension of the Initial Conditions Period, with the Title Company, and upon such deposit the additional Xxxxxxx Money shall be refundable to Buyer and remain applicable to the Purchase Price at Closing.   • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods 7.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 7.2 below, no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being entitled to a meal break of not less than half an hour. There will be only one meal break of not less than half an hour during a 10 hour shift.
