INITIAL ANNUAL PLAN. Owner and Manager have agreed upon and adopted an initial Annual Plan for the remainder of the 1996 Fiscal Year.
INITIAL ANNUAL PLAN. Not less than sixty (60) days prior to the proposed Opening Date, Manager shall deliver to Owner a proposed Annual Plan of the Hotel’s operation commencing from the Opening Date. The initial Annual Plan shall be in the form and contain the information required by the HMA, and shall be subject to Owner’s approval in accordance with the provisions of the HMA. The Parties acknowledge that the initial Annual Plan will cover the first Operating Year or portion thereof. Manager may, in Manager’s preparation of the proposed Annual Plan for the second Operating Year under Section 6.1 of the HMA, incorporate appropriate portions of the initial Annual Plan prepared under this Section. Manager and Owner shall work together to reach agreement on the initial Annual Plan by the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the Opening Date. If the Parties, despite their good faith efforts, are unable to reach final agreement on the initial Annual Plan by the Opening Date, the matter(s) in dispute may be submitted by either Party to the dispute resolution procedures described in Section 13.19(g) of the HMA. Until the Parties are able to resolve the matter(s) in dispute, the proposed Annual Plan shall govern the areas in dispute.
INITIAL ANNUAL PLAN. SFX, ID&T Holding, and the Initial Members shall cooperate to agree in writing as promptly as practicable after the Signing Date upon the Annual Plan for the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2013, which, upon being so agreed upon, will be hereby deemed to be duly Approved by the Members and the Board.
INITIAL ANNUAL PLAN. The Initial Annual Plan for the Company (covering the period from the date hereof (assuming for this purpose that the closing of the purchase of the Property under the Purchase and Sale Agreement occurs on the date hereof) through December 31 2007) is for the Company to own and operate the Property for the balance of calendar year 2007 (with the revenues from the Property more than covering the associated expenses and debt service, as indicated in the attached Operating Budget and the Capital Budget). In addition, during the period from the date hereof (assuming for this purpose that the closing of the purchase of the Property under the Purchase and Sale Agreement occurs on the date hereof) through December 31 2007, the Managing Member shall take the following actions: (i) explore the opportunity to develop the approximately 600,000 square feet of unimproved land at the Property, (ii) explore the opportunity to re-deploy the material space within the presently leased buildings at the Property of greater than 136,000 rentable square feet of which the existing tenant at the Property is not occupying so as to transform one or more of the buildings at the Property from a single-tenant space into a multi-tenant space, and (iii) work with the tenant at the Property in order to enhance the entry and inspection rights of the landlord at the Property.

  • Annual Plan On or before November 1 of each calendar year during the Term, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for its approval a proposed annual plan for the promotion, operation, leasing, repair and maintenance of the Project for each calendar year (the "Proposed Annual Plan"). For purposes of this Agreement, a "Fiscal Year" shall mean a calendar year beginning on the first day of January and ending on the last day of December. The Annual Plan for the remaining portion of Fiscal Year 2003 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

  • Annual Operating Plan Purchaser may be required to submit a written annual operating plan, as specified by, and at the request of the Forest Officer.

  • Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.

  • ALTERNATE SCHOOL CALENDAR 1. In this article, an alternative school calendar is a school calendar that differs from the standard school calendar as specified in Schedule 1 (Supplement) of the School Calendar Regulation 114/02. 2. When a school district intends to implement an alternate school calendar, written notification shall be provided to the local no later than forty (40) working days prior to its implementation. The employer and the local shall meet within five (5) working days following receipt of such notice to negotiate modifications to the provisions of the agreement that are directly or indirectly affected by the proposed change(s). The aforesaid modifications shall preserve, to the full legal extent possible, the original intent of the agreement. 3. The process outlined below in Article D.6.4 through Article D.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.
