Annual Plan definition

Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 9.1;

More Definitions of Annual Plan

Annual Plan means the plan referred to in Section 18.09.B.5 of the Code that includes the contents specified in Exhibit A.
