A.2(a) of this Schedule, the Steering Committee shall be responsible for the provision of policy guidance to the PCU, the coordination of the stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Project, the coordination between the Project activities and other activities in the sector and the resolution of deadlock if and when they occur; the general oversight of the Project including the approval of the Annual Work Plans and Budgets and the review of the Project Reports.
Without limitation to the provisions of Section 5.03 of the General Conditions, the Borrower through MOF, shall provide resources in the amounts agreed upon as Counterpart Funds for the financing of the Project, which shall be made available in accordance with the Borrower’s internal procedures related to the budget process and the Project’s financing plan and schedule set forth in the Annual Work Plans and Budgets.
