Administrative Agent shall have received an initial cash flow budget for a period from the Closing Date to the Maturity Date (as in effect on the Closing Date) substantially in the form of Exhibit M attached hereto (the “Initial Approved Budget”) or otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
